The discharge accuracy is high and the reproducibility is within ±0.5%, and the discharging volume can be adjusted steplessly and linearly by adjusting the stroke length or the rotation speed. It can be used for liquids with low viscosities of 0.2 mPa ・ s to high viscosities of 50,000 mPa ・ s. High temperatures (up to 320°C) and low temperatures (up to -180°C) can also be manufactured. Since it is completely sealed, refueling is perfect and it is ideal for long-term operation and outdoor installation. Wetted parts are made of stainless steel, Hastelloy, Carpenter, Stellite, Titanium, WC alloy, Ceramic, Teflon, PVC, Acrylic Resin, etc., and depending on the intended application, there are diaphragm type and double seal types for slurries and hazardous liquids. We also offer various types of drive units, from large types to space-saving types.
